handkerchief skirts (pinterest idea)

Theses were so fun to make!  Each skirt takes 2 handkerchiefs (I found these cute ones at Walmart).

 Charlotte wrote a letter to Cinderella in Florida.  Cinderella wrote back!!! (Idea from pinterest.)

 Todd likes to play with my glue gun.  He knows it's a gun!

 Kamille's class invited us to a poetry reading.  It was cute.

 Charlotte's class invited us to listen to their short stories.  So fun.

 Charlotte's grade had a penguin party.  They had learned lots about penguins and math.

 Charlotte did a craft at school.  She also hurt her wrist on the slide.

 Kamille went on a field trip to a ranch.  They saw sheep get sheered and rode a horse.  Then the next day they went and played at a rec center.  Charlotte got to go on a field trip to SLC to The Living Planet Aquarium.

Charlotte's un-birthday at school.

 Charlotte wanted to take watermelon for her un-birthday treat.  She helped cut out heart shapes.

 I had to indulge her watermelon obsession and make her this dress I saw on pinterest.

 So adorable!

 Todd and I took heart shaped watermelon, watermelon cupcakes, gummie watermelons, and apple juice to school.

 When she got home,  I had a surprise waiting...a matching outfit for her bear!

my birthday and mother's day 2012

 My family surprised me with an early birthday cake and presents.

 The big 32!

 I had a great day and it's o.k. to be 32.

 Mother's Day.  I got flowers, cards, chocolate, and breakfast in bed. 

 Todd picked off one of the flowers......good thing he's cute.

We got ready and went to church and then had a relaxing day at home.  I got some scrapbooking done.  I love being a Mommy to two girls and a boy.  It is the most fun!

 Fun party.  I was tired by the end!  Brad got called out to work and wasn't there to help with Todd.  Todd sure enjoyed the party....maybe a little too much (he had wet clothes and painted fingernails).

Enjoying birthday dinner - her favorite spaghetti and meatballs.  Kamille is such a delight!  She's happy and funny.  Sh'es a good example for her sister and brother. We love you to the moon and back!

Easter 2012/ Spring Break

Then we went and saw the other side of the family. Grandma Tubbs filled eggs with glow-sticks and they were so fun in the dark. Todd actually had to sleep with his egg.


April Fools day. The kids tricked us with kool-aid in our milk in the morning. For lunch we made hamburgers, except they were cupcakes.

Todd loves to play in the back where Brad keeps tools and stuff. One day he brought some stuff inside to play with.

We went into town and the kids got to see the baby chicks at the feed store. They really want one!


We went to Brigham's Arrow. It is only 20 min. from our house. It is an arrow made out of rocks on the Mormon Trail to show the pioneers which way to go. It was so neat to see. The kids thought we were on a treasure hunt!

We used neon colors this year and the eggs turned out great!

The Easter Bunny came! Charlotte left carrots and ranch dressing for him. This year their baskets were hidden around the house. The Bunny left an egg and clue for each of them on the couch.

Todd got this Special Agent Boat. He wanted it tied to his truck so he could pull them around.

Charlotte got this little kid Lalaloopsy. She painted this box for her to live in and I made her some pillows.

Kamille got this kid Lalaloopsy. She painted a box house and I sewed pillows for her too.
